Where is God in the Flood?

Even in tragedy, God is near. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted…” (Psalm 34:18). He doesn’t promise a life without storms, but He does promise this: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you…” (Isaiah 43:2).
