In the fall of 2019, the Cornerstone church was pleased to bring Cain Atkinson to work with us in a two-year training capacity as our outreach minister. As that time has drawn to a close, Cain has decided to move on to another training program in Middle Tennessee. We are sad to see him leave and appreciate the good he accomplished here.
Over the last two years our church family has experienced unprecedented growth with 19 new families from the greater Dayton area placing membership, along with 6 baptisms. In the summer of 2020, the congregation purchased a larger, modern facility to accommodate our recent growth. We did not lose one member because of the pandemic. We have heavily invested in livestream technology and reach 10-15,000 people each month through our social media and livestream ministry. Over the last six months our church has had an average of 35-40 guests from the local community visiting our services and Bible studies each week, much of this due to our livestream and the personal invitations being extended by our members. We have an average attendance of ~200+ each Sunday.
Cornerstone Church of Christ in Centerville, OH is actively looking for a new outreach minister who will equip our members to share their relationship with Christ.
Primary responsibilities include:
