Lesson 13 - David Anointed King

1 Samuel 16 begins a new section of the book. From here, the focus begins to turn toward David. It has been observed that more is written in the Bible about David than any other character. He is mentioned in sixty-six chapters of the Old Testament and fifty-nine references to him in the New Testament. The study of his life is of great importance to any Bible student.
