Week 2 - He Walked with God - Enoch

What does it mean to walk with God? It refers to step-by-step fellowship or daily communion. This is what is involved in salvation. Because Noah walked with God, he escaped judgment. Because Abraham walked with God, he received blessing. Because Enoch walked with God, he escaped death. Enoch is the illustration of salvation’s great promise. That is, eternal life in heaven. We have been promised that we will be delivered from our world of sin, decay, disease, and death and enter the presence of the Lord.
