Week 6 - Looking to the Reward: Moses
Life is a series of choices that we make. Every day we are challenged to make decisions that either bring us closer to God or lead us away from Him. Which will we choose? These can be very tough decisions. John called disciples to remove their allegiance from this world. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever, 1 John 2.16-17. There are things that faith accepts and there are things that faith rejects. Genuine, saving faith is selective. Sin is always a bad choice.
In today’s lesson, we will examine Hebrews 11.23-29 and see the positive decisions that Moses made.
