It must have been hurtful for Paul to learn that many in Galatia were swayed by these misrepresentations. However, instead of making an emotional plea, he presented factual evidence to counter the accusations. Paul's main focus was not on regaining personal popularity but on safeguarding the truth of the gospel he had spread throughout Galatia and beyond.
